Your privacy,
in plain English
What GuessTheirAnswer.com collects when you visit, what we don't, and exactly which third-party services touch your browser.

1Who we are
GuessTheirAnswer.com (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an independent fan-built reference site for the Guess Their Answer mobile game. We are not the publisher of the game and have no formal relationship with its developers.
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit the site, why, and what choices you have. Questions about anything in this policy? Contact us.
2Information we collect ourselves
We do not ask you to create an account, log in, or submit any personal information to use this site. Everything is available without registration.
Our server keeps standard request logs for each visit — the page you requested, the time, the response code, your approximate location based on IP, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs are used to diagnose errors, prevent abuse, and measure aggregate traffic. They are typically rotated within 30 days.
We do not sell, rent, or share these server logs with any third party.
3Third-party services on this site
To keep the site fast, free, and supported by ads, we use a small set of third-party providers. Each one may set its own cookies and collect its own data subject to its own privacy policy.
Analytics — Umami / xwm.app analytics. A privacy-focused analytics script (loaded from analytics.xwm.app) records pageviews and basic page-performance metrics. Umami does not use cookies for tracking by default and does not assign persistent identifiers to visitors. Umami privacy notice.
CDN / security — Cloudflare. The site is served through Cloudflare's edge network. Cloudflare may set a small number of cookies (such as __cf_bm) for bot management and rate limiting. Cloudflare privacy policy.
Advertising — Ezoic. We display advertising via the Ezoic ad platform. Ezoic and its partner advertising networks may set cookies on your browser to deliver relevant ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud. Ezoic provides a consent management interface that lets you control which ad categories you allow. Ezoic privacy policy.
Fonts — Google Fonts. Display fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com. Google may log the IP address of the request for caching and performance. Google privacy policy.
4Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small text files saved to your browser. The site itself sets no first-party cookies for tracking, but the third-party providers listed above may set their own. You can typically see and clear cookies in your browser settings.
If you are in the EU, UK, EEA, Switzerland, California, or another region with a cookie / privacy law, the ad provider's consent banner will appear on first visit and let you accept, reject, or customise which categories of cookies and data sharing are allowed.
You can also enable your browser's “Do Not Track” signal or use a content-blocking extension to opt out of ad and analytics scripts.
5Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or similar regulations. These can include the right to:
- Access the personal information held about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for behavioural advertising.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
Because we don't operate user accounts and don't collect names, emails, or other directly-identifying information, in most cases there is nothing on our side tied to you specifically. For ad-related opt-outs, use the consent management interface provided by Ezoic. For all other requests, get in touch.
6Children's privacy
This site is a general-audience reference for a mobile game and is suitable for all ages, but it is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information through a third-party service, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
7External links
This site may link to external websites — the game's official page, the providers listed above, or other reference sites. Once you click a link to an external site, this privacy policy no longer applies; the linked site has its own policy.
8Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we add a new third-party service or a relevant law changes. When that happens we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be flagged in the footer of the site for at least 30 days.
9Contact us
Questions, requests, or anything else privacy-related? Please use the contact page and we'll get back to you. We aim to reply within a few business days.
